FAQs About Our Live Music and Events
Do I need to bring a chair for live music and events?
If you want to guarantee a seat, you should definitely bring a lawn chair. If you want to take a shot at using one of ours, we have approximately 40 seats on the patio areas.
How can I (or my band) get on your schedule of musical acts?
Please email dentonleeiii@gmail.com with your interest, your performance rates, and links to your social media pages, website, YouTube videos, etc.
Are outside food and beverages allowed?
Beer and wine are absolutely not allowed to be brought in, but we will typically allow takeout, picnic lunches, pizza, etc. Be sure to check out our food truck lineup before you grab takeout.
Is there a charge for the playground during live music and events?
The answer to this question will always be "yes." Our Rope and Timber Natural Adventure Park includes inherent risks, and even if you follow all posted rules and play safely, there is no guarantee that others will do the same, meaning we ALWAYS have to be concerned with safety and liability. Whether you purchase a seasonal membership or a day rate for the playground, it will never be free.
Is there a cover charge for the live music and other events
We HOPE this answer will be "no" at least 90% of the time. We are working to have a sponsorship program in place by 2027 with community partners who will help us make these events free of cover charges.
For popular events, where can I park if the parking lot is full?
First, notice that there are several parking spots (and a handicap spot) along the Cleveland Rd driveway. Second, if there are no spots in the McLemore parking lot or along the Cleveland Rd driveway, the first place for you to look is the "football lot" next door. There are almost ALWAYS parking spots on that property.
