Finch-Lee Event Rental FAQs
What does Finch-Lee supply for rentals?
For house rentals, we have 10 tables, 50 chairs, additional seating in various rooms, at least one private bathroom, plenty of parking, and discounted playground access. We do not supply paper products, tablecloths, or any other party products unless you also hire us to plan your event.
Can we decorate however we like?
For house rentals, you may decorate any way you like, but ANYTHING that goes on the walls must be hung with basic blue painter's tape ONLY. No other tapes, adhesives, etc. should be used AT ALL. In addition, absolutely NO glitter or confetti is allowed at Finch-Lee either indoors or outdoors.
Where do party attendees park?
Most of the time, all event attendees will park off the Cleveland Rd entrance, either in the marked spaces or in the front yard. We will inform every party where we would like them to park based on what other events may be happening that particular day, and we require that all event attendees be alerted to their parking requirements.
