Booking directly through this page is exactly how we want you to book, but because we have varied offerings throughout the year, we'd ask that you confirm availability prior to booking.  A quick email asking us if a particular date and time is available will typically be replied to within 24 hours.  Usually sooner.  Then you can book with confidence knowing your date and time are absolutely available.
