Event Rentals

At the Pavilion at the Finch-Lee House, you can have a birthday party (adult or kid,) a graduation party, a baby shower, a wedding shower, family or class reunions, or whatever kind of event you want, and no matter the event, our pricing is the same and it is SIMPLE to understand.
Rental Rate Per Hour: $125
Hourly Rate for Parties Greater than 50*: $200
*Large parties greater than 50 create parking and other logistical issues that necessitate a higher rate.
Pavilion Rental Add-ons
Playground Access (Ages 3-14): $8 each
White Cloth Tablecloth Rental: $12 each
The per hour rate is applicable from the time you begin setting up until the time you leave. For example, if you would like to rent the Pavilion for a baby shower, and the event runs from 3:00 to 5:00 but you would like to arrive at 1:00 to set up / decorate and you will leave by 6:00, that is a 5-hour rental. If you want to have your child's birthday party at the Pavilion from 2:00 to 4:00, but you arrive at 1:15 and leave at 4:30, that is a 3.25-hour rental.
Should you decide after booking an event that you need more time to decorate, celebrate, or clean up, the same $125 rate will apply for every hour (and partial hour rounded up to the nearest quarter hour) that you are renting the facility.
Said more plainly, no matter the event, and no matter the rental time, it is a flat $125 per hour from the time the first person arrives to set up until the last person leaves.
Use the form below to request a date and time to reserve your party or event at The Pavilion. We will usually reply within 24 hours.

Finally, here's a list of everything that's included in a Pavilion rental:
- The Pavilion (approx. 1050 square feet)
- The "inside-the-fence" portion of the back yard
- Plenty of parking
- 10 six-foot rectangular tables
- 50 chairs
- Patio with two picnic tables
- 9 other seating options inside
- Kitchenette with sink, fridge, and plenty of counter space
- Bathroom
- Cornhole (1 Set)
- Ladder Ball Game (1 Set)
Refunds, Rescheduling, Cancellations, Weather, etc.
Weather Policy
We do not to have a specific weather policy. If severe weather or a forecast of inclement weather creates a scenario where your event may need to be cancelled, we will address that on a case by case basis and come to a mutually acceptable agreement on refunds, rescheduling, etc.
Additional Policies for Parties and Events
Refund Policy - For all events where a deposit was required, a full refund will be issued if requested at least 7 days before the date of the party minus $15 that covers credit card processing for both initial purchase and refund. Between 4 and 7 days, a party that is cancelled will lose 50% of their deposit total. Finally, if a party is cancelled three days or less prior to the event, the deposit will not be refunded and an additional $50 fee will be charged.
Rescheduling for Any Reason Other Than Weather - Any deposit paid will simply be applied to the new date and time. There will be no additional fees for rescheduling. Things happen. We're still thrilled you chose us to host your event, so we'll make it as easy on you as possible to reschedule.
If The Finch-Lee House has to Cancel Your Event - We obviously don't anticipate this happening, but things happen that are also out of our control. In the rare event that we have to cancel your party, we will do whatever is necessary to make it right, up to and including rescheduling, offering a 20% discount, and we will entertain any special requests should you have one.
